I know it isn"t shown in this trailer, but i like that they turned/replaced Mushu with a Phoenix, the actual Chinese symbol for a woman. Mushu worked as a dragon because Mulan was cross dressing, but it always made the movie feel cheap and under-researched to me. No song, no mushu, no grandma causing traffic. Disney wants it realistic: People can backflip on horses, run on walls, witch with powers. Best Disney movie of 2019 ?? A pleasant surprise ??.

That"s actually the best scene to me because it speaks to you that sometimes disobeying must come if it comes to protecting the one"s you care most. The song, the feeling, and the tension makes it more intense. I love it. Im taking animation course in college, now im having doubts after seeing this. It can be a good movie, but it has nothing to do with the original. A better title for this movie should be inspired by mulan. Finally, a live action remake that I accually want to see. Muuuch love yo donnie yen is in this movie. def gonna see. Mulan ain"t got no time to be waiting for Princes, she takes destiny into her own hands. IMO this is the most important scene in the film, the defining scene of the character that is Mulan. With a kickass beat to boot.

Me: The Thai Elsa singer is really pretty. They keep posting same scenes OVER AND OVER, NOTHING NEW! Did you shot anything else beside these. SHOW US NEW MATERIAL! Grhhh I was so disappointed in Emma in Beauty and the Beast (but I did like the film, and Belle is my fave princess) Mulan is my 3d fave (after Belle & Pocahontas) and I really hope its gonna be good! Btw Im sad that they didn"t make a phoenix toy to go with new dolls released few weeks ago.

The last line after Mulan hugs the emperor is one of my favourites. Is she allowed to do that? Yao. everyone shrugs, not caring in the slightest. In 20 years they"ll start doing animated remakes of all their live action movies.
